Ingredients (serves 6-8 bars)

Base

  • 2 slices of fiber rich bread

Strawberry Filling

  • 1 1/2 cup of vanilla vegan yogurt

  • 1/4 cup of cornstarch

  • 1 cup of strawberries

Topping

  • 1 pack of crushed Churro Cinnamon Crunchitos

  • 1 cup of chopped strawberries

  • 1 pack of stevia

  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Remove the crust from the bread and press into a silicone loaf dish to cover the base of it.

  2. Microwave the strawberries for the filling for 1:30-2:00 minutes.

  3. Beat the ingredients for the filling and top the base with it.

  4. Top with crushed Churro Crunchitos crumbles.

  5. Freeze for a couple of hours.

  6. Microwave the strawberries for 2:00 minutes, add stevia. Crunch with a fork.

  7. Top the strawberry crunch bras with the “jam” we just created, cut into 6-8 pieces and enjoy!
